At Chirp Buckets, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're happy to accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and unworn.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a return.

Personalized & Team Sale Items

Personalized items and team sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes hats customized with player names, numbers, team logos, or other personalized details, as well as items purchased through team sales.

Please make sure all personalization details, including names and numbers, are correct before placing your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
