2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colors, images, descriptions, and sizing.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your computer, phone, or monitor.

Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order with Chirp Buckets, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect customer information
Unauthorized use of a payment method

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

In the event of an obvious pricing or product listing error, Chirp Buckets reserves the right to correct the error and, if necessary, cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be added to your order at checkout.

5. Personalized & Team Sale Products

Personalized products and team sale products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Player names
Player numbers
Custom team logos
Custom team colors
Custom artwork
Other personalized or customized products
Team sale orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization information before submitting an order.

Chirp Buckets is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect names, numbers, colors, logos, or other customization information that was provided incorrectly at the time of ordering.

If Chirp Buckets makes an error in producing your personalized item, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy allows eligible products to be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Personalized items and team sale items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law or in cases where the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
